Return / Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled without penalty.

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item unused and in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund of the purchase price.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Between 7 and 30 days after delivery, you may return the product unused and in its original condition to receive a refund or exchange, but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

You may not return kits that you have already assembled for a refund, but if you have a problem with a kit you have assembled, please contact us for assistance in repairing it yourself, or instructions to return it to us for repair.

Shipping Policy

Orders are normally shipped by the US Postal Service.  Other shipping methods are available upon request.  A surcharge will be charged for other shipping methods.  Please contact us for more details.

Orders are normally shipped within three business days for products in stock; products that are out of stock may take as long as a month to ship.  Please contact us for more information about availability of a particular product.
